New York has an arrest scheduled for July 2nd of a high profile individual. DocLab is ready to take possession of these documents in order to digitize them. If the materials in questions are evidentiary you will need EFTA00174570 to have them transferred in Sentinel to our custody. I have also attached a copy of our scanning request for you to complete. There's a lot of boxes to check. Don't worry if there are sections you are unfamiliar with. My main concern is getting a point-of-contact, where to return the items/discs, case id, and case name. If we can receive the boxes by Friday or Monday at the latest it will take us at least two days to inventory the 15 boxes at which time we'll turn it over to DocLab for processing. Our goal will be to have everything completed on over before 7/10 and back in your hands on or before 7/12. Note, Based on the nature of the individual involved please let me know if there is any child pornography present in the documents. DocLab will not be able digitize these images; however, we will insert kicksheets to show they were present. We can discuss this issue more if needed.
