You had reached out a little over a month ago regarding some public statements made by the US attorney's office regarding this case. On a slightly separate issue, I wanted to touch base regarding a possible witness in London that is crucial to this investigation. The AUSAs assigned to this case have been in touch with this witness's attorney and she is cooperative and willing to speak with us in London. Things are tentative right now, based on travel restrictions and such. But I wanted to touch base with you about what you may need from us on our end to make sure things run smoothly. Communication from our AUSAs is that this witness is available on March 19, with the possibility of postponing.
