I wanted to reach out to see if the b7A is still appropriate for his requests. File numbers 50-NY-3027571 and 31-MM-108062 still remain in "Pending Inactive" status and file number 90-NY-3151227 was closed on 12/5/2022. The request that I am currently working on wants everything regarding Jeffery Epstein so all of his files would be responsive. When the pending questions were answered for 90A-NY-3151227(190-HQ-A3499331-Restricted Serial 2615), answer # 2 states that advising the requester of a pending investigation could jeopardize OIG's parallel investigation as detailed in the answer to the previous question, so we need to ensure that the b7a can still be applied. The b7A response has been sent to every Epstein request previously. I have attached a copy of the b7a to this email for your reference.
