I am still scanning in the motion itself, which is 39 pages long. When that is scanned, I will send it by separate e-mail. I am hoping that the attachments are not so large that the system will reject them. I have already done the research on these issues, so I should have a draft response by tomorrow. I would like to file the response by Friday because I will be out of town Monday through Wednesday of next week.
