I was out for a few weeks after my surgery, but I Yesterday, Judge Marra issued an order setting the hearing on the victims' suit against the office for August 12th at 2:00. Apparently it will be an oral argument on all the motions, and the Court will determine if there is a need for an evidentiary hearing. On the magistrate judge matter, I have heard that there were more than 60 applications, so it is going to be a tough row to hoe.
