There are production requests for which our entire response will be filed in camera, such as Request No. 1, which seeks the FBI case file, witness statements, prosecution memo, and draft indictment. Since this will involve massive copying and transport of the documents to the West Palm Beach courthouse, I think it better that you twenty boxes remain in the West Palm Beach office. We are trying to find space for you to use for your review. We are wondering whether you want to do an overview on Friday and then have everything shipped to Miami? Or whether you plan to come back to WPB repeatedly and want a more permanent place up here and, if so, what your needs are so we can get the right room for the right length of time. Also, can you give me some idea of how much assistance you think you will need with the discovery from me? I just indicted 30 people (in front of Judge Marra), so my schedule this week is very bad. Next week my schedule is open, but we just need to plan things out as far in advance as possible, which I know is hard with this tight deadline. Let me know about the space so I can get an office set up for you for Friday. Thank you very much. EFTA00209349 EFTA00209350
