I said no, so she will have to come and testify in front of the grand jury and assert the fifth as to each question. I will start putting together a list of questions for her and send it to you. I also am wondering whether we should subpoena any records from her to bring with her to the grand jury. I told him that we will need to see her on a Tuesday in June, he is going to call me back with a date. I also told him that we would pay for her plane ticket but not his. Can you try to find out if she has an A-file and, if so, get a copy before then? And do you want to try to interview some other New York people before she comes to testify? Thank you.
