We have had a series of correspondence, telephone calls, and meetings regarding the issue of Mr. Epstein's obligation to his victims. We have repeatedly stated that Mr. Epstein is expected to abide by the letter and spirit of the Non-Prosecution Agreement. And we have repeatedly informed you that the U.S. Attorney's Office does not intend to provide advisory opinions to Mr. Epstein or his attorneys regarding the handling of the civil suits filed against him.
