He is going to push for an answer from DOJ today so that we can indict tomorrow because if we don't we have to wait until April 15th (because the grand jury isn't going to meet on April 8'11.). Do not freak out! As of now, we are scheduled for 1:00 to 5:00 with the grand jury. Let's plan to meet tomorrow at 9:00 sharp in my office to finish our preparations. Someone from your office will have to go to get the evidence and bring it up so that they have it for the grand jury not later than 2:30.
