I feel he is greatly mistaken and I hope you know and realize that his judgment on the facts of this case as well as the judgment he has made regarding yourself and the USAO is wrong. I asked that the two of them not speak with anyone re the information shared with them until they hear back from me. Since I have not heard anything re the naming of the Civil Atty, I am assuming there are still a few hurdles to overcome. I am not going to speak with any of the other Jane Does until we get a little closer to the State Hearing and have named a Guardian Ad Litem. We have identified another underage victim and I will be completing her interview today. I t
