If you recall your first victim notification letter mentioned that we would be contacting them within a couple of weeks or that they could contact us. 2 or 3 of them did call Bob. We knew at that time that 3 or 4 of the victims were represented, and we assiduously avoided contacting them. I recall one call to a victim. Who told me that she was represented and another call where a male answered the phone. I told him that I was calling from Robert Josefsberg's office pursuant to a letter sent to the victim. He told me that she was already represented. In both instances, I said thank you: that I was glad to know that they had counsel and would not speaktothem further. There was at least one other instance where I left a message only to be advised hereafter that the young woman was represented. I believe Bob actually wrote too all of the other counsel asking them to tell us who their. Clients were so that we would. Not contact them in error. We were notified by Jeffrey Herman and Jack Scarola. By letters of the names of their clients. We somehow learned of the ones representd by Bradford, tlolo. We never knowinlgly had any communication with any victim who had counsel. Interestingly, however one of our clients tolld us thst mr. Herman contacted her on her facepage or myspace site.
