She knows about the NPA, but I'm not sure if she has ever read it. I do know that, at Epstein's insistence, they have taken the position that there are only three "victims" in the state case, and I don't think that you represent any of them. I wish you good luck. We have been reviewing the Sentencing Agreement in the state criminal prosecution and are do not understand many of what appear to be hand written variations from the typical sexual offender sentencing form. We are particularly interested in the applicatbility of the restitution provisions We are going to request a meeting witht the ASA who handled the case to attempt to clarify all that. Before we do that, I thought that I should ask whether the ASA will already know about the non-prosecution agreement (aNPAlor whether we need to explain it and how we (Bob) are involved in the settlement discussions pursuant to the addendum to the NPA, in which case we would have to have them sign Judge Marra's Confidentiality Order.
