We make two requests: First, we are requesting that you agree to our proposal for narrowing the range of disputes between your Office and the victims, Jane Doe #1 and Jane Doe #2. Second, if you are unable to agree to our proposal, we request that you agree not to withhold information in your Office's possession that would support their claims under the Crime Victims Rights Act (CVRA).
