If it is this one, she would like to make me the beneficiary.Her mum was the previous beneficiary and unfortunately she passed away last summer. ( Personal Assistant) Can this paperwork be sent to her via email or should I have someone collect the documents tomorrow? Is everything else set for the account transition?
