On your Professional Medical advice your patient, proceeded to attend the appointment made for her on the 8th February 2022 at the Royal Adelaide Hospital Specialist Vaccination Clinic, and proceeded with the administration of the Covid-19 vaccine, Pfizer, based solely on your Professional medical advice, and without a correct medical procedure of conducting testing for an Allergy reaction to the vaccine and according to the medical history of the patient referred to you by Dr Richard Daehn, Kadina Medical association stipulating that his patient had suffered numerous allergy reactions to vaccines and medications previously, which indicates an extremely sensitive Immune system to medications. As a result of your failure to conduct a correct medical assessment of your patient by EFTA00263334 conducting testing to ascertain if your patient would be susceptible to developing an Allergy reaction to the vaccine based on her Medical History and providing your Professional Medical advice without conducting the proper medical Procedure the patient on your Professional Medical advice proceeded FOCI• - ii• • tration of the Covid-19 , Pfizer vaccination which resulted in your referred patient, suffering an Extreme Acute Allergy reaction following the administration of the Covid-is izer v- e, which resulted in emergency treatment in an Emergency ward of the Wallaroo Hospital on the 23rd February 2021, and was diagnosed as Acute Allergy Oedema as a result of the administration of the Covid-19 Pfizer vaccine, administered on the 8th February 2022, on your advice. On this referral made by Dr Adrian Le, Immunologist / Allergist I, the patient attended the appointment at the Royal Adelaide Hospital Specialist Vaccination Clinic on the 8th February 2022, date of first dose of the Covid-19 Pfizer vaccine to be administered. During this attended appointment and prior to the vaccine being administered I, the patient was assessed by the attending Allergist of the Specialist Vaccination Clinic in consideration and concern of my, the patients Medical History of extensive Acute Allergy Reactions to previous vaccines and medications. During the assessment by the attending Allergist of the Specialist Vaccination Clinic the assessing Allergist stated when informed by the patient of a previous allergy reaction to a specific medication, "That's cause for concern", but proceeded to advise the patient to proceed with the administration of the Covid-19 Pfizer vaccine, first dose, without conducting further investigation of a proper and correct medical procedure of testing the patient for susceptibility of an Allergy reaction occurring as a result of administration of the vaccine. The Specialist Vaccination Clinic of the Royal Adelaide Hospital was knowledgeable and aware of my, the patients Medical history of extensive Acute Allergy Reactions to previous vaccines and several medications and was the sole reason the patient was assessed by the attending Allergist prior to the vaccine being administered. Following the incorrect medical procedure of proceeding with the administration of the Covid-19 Pfizer vaccine I, the patient was observed and monitored for an extended period of 45 minutes by the Specialist Vaccination Clinic, as a result of their knowledge and awareness of the patients medical history of Extensive Acute Allergy reactions to previous vaccines and medications.
