In Defence Police Officers claims / statements I state within my statement that I was walking along the footpath and pulled from that footpath by the officers parked within the McDonalds footpath. At no time was I followed down the footpath by police officers. Their vehicle was parked facing the main road in McDonalds footpath as I walked past, quietly walking home. Two cars were parked either side of the police vehicle - the witness was on the left hand side sitting in the parked car - the other parked car was vacant / customers of McDonalds I heard a loud voice come from the parked police vehicles radio saying "Grab her", as I walked past. There were two police officers that arrested me, not 4 as police stated and claim. No other police vehicles or officers were in the vicinity of the McDonalds carpark area.
