BASIC ASSAULT - 14th OCTOBER 2008 - 16th OCTOBER 2008 Falsified Charges - Police Targeting Deformation of Character / Reputation of the Family / Minor Under the act of Government Targeting of the Mother 24th NOVEMBER 2010 - 9 YATES STREET, PORT PIRIE - EMOTIONAL DESTRUCTION OF THE FAMILY Refer to Stage 3 Police Targeting - Mother / Offender History Report - Police Assistance Requested police, Port Pirie Police Department for assistance to destruction of property of 9 Yates Street, Port Pine, family home following 's relationship break down / angry / very upset. Encouraged by police to press charges in order for them to assist in the removal of the child, to his friends house for the evening to calm down and in protection of my youngest son Informed by the Port Pirie Police officers to go to the Port Pine Police Department the next day to have the charges dropped. I completed this informed advice the next day and informed the police I wanted the charges to be dropped - I had made the charges of property damage against my son, not the police. I was informed by the Port Pine Police Department that the charges had been removed, dropped and there would be no further matter. I did this twice following receiving a Court Summons in the mail. I received notification in the mail of a Court Summons of which I attended the court hearing with my son and explained to the Magistrate that I had dropped the charges against my son. This information was over looked by the Magistrate who ordered my son to either be removed from my residence to reside in Melbourne with his father, Darren McDiarmid or my son would be remanded , detained in Juvenile Detention Centre. I chose to re-locate my son to reside in Melbourne with his father, Darren McDiarmid. The magistrate ordered thane re-located within a 1 week period or he would be detained. I re-located my son, within 1 week of this order. This order and the police denying dropping the charges resulted in segregation of the Family / Protective son, child from mother. was 17 years of age. I did not see my son, for 8 years following this order due to the Fraudulent Activity of the Government targeting resulting in Financial Hardship. EFTA00266694
