The Accused who lives in Victoria, was subsequently arrested on the 02/10/2008 while he was back in PORT PIRIE visiting his mother. The exact damage in unknown, but in the vacinity of $5,000. At about 9.10 am on Wednesday the 9th of July 2008, Police attended Unit 1, 294 Senate Road, PORT PIRIE to speak to the Co-Accused in this matter. Police (NICHOLSON) spoke to the father of the Co-Accused at this time. advised Police he would convey the Accused to the Port Pirie Police Station to be interviewed by Police. At about 9.44 am on Wednesday the 9th of July 2008, Police (NICHOLSON/ROWBOTTOM) conducted a video interview with the Co-Accus 4n *ha Dann 94n4a Police intery esence of his father, and his uncle, The Co- Accused was subsequently arrested and charged with 5 counts of Property Damage.
