03/07/2007 Dr. Thomas Aquinas Rofrano, chiropractor, date of birth September 10, 1959, Social Security Account Number , was interviewed at his place of employment, , telephone . Rofrano was advised of the identity of the interviewing agent and purpose of the interview. Rofrano voluntarily provided the following information: Rofrano performed chiropractic treatments for Jeffrey Epstein on approximately 3 or 4 occasions. Epstein visited the Natural Medicine Center once and Rofrano traveled to Epstein's Palm Beach, Florida residence two or three times to treat Epstein's back and knee. Epstein's knee suffered a meniscus injury. The treatments at Epstein's residence were conducted in the first floor living room area which overlooked the swimming pool. Rofrano could not recall specific names of other individuals he encountered at Epstein's residence but advised that Epstein's secretary (name unknown) was present and went upstairs to receive a massage from Rofrano's wife, M

Females in their mid-20's and unknown staff members were also observed at the residence during Dr. Rofrano's home visits. Dawn Rofrano, telephone , performed massage therapy for Epstein and his staff members on numerous occasions. Dawn was frequently requested based on her skills as a massage therapist. Fees were approximately $100.00 for a massage conducted by Dawn and $300.00 or higher for an adjustment by Dr. Rofrano. EFTA00269603
