MW:mw The following investigation was conducted by SA On 08/27/2007 at approximately 10:00 AM, this writer contacted , U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). This writer had been told by CBP, that a "watch" could be placed on an individual and if that individual were to respond to the airport and go through U.S. Customs, this writer would be contacted by CBP. This writer requested that placeI III and on the aforementioned "watch" list. reiterated this "watch" would only consist of my being notified should either party be traveling and would cause no undue hardship to the traveler. I provided with all the pertinent information regarding and This writer later received a telephone call from SA , FBI - Miami, who requested that and be removed from the "watch" list. On 08/27/2007 at approximately 5:00 PM, this writer contacted CBP and spoke with was informed of my desire to have and removed from the "watch" list. advised this writer only the person who entered the individuals had the authority to remove them from the list. further advised was gone for the day and would not return until the following day. informed this writer he could take all the pertinent information on the individuals to be removed and he would provide it to pertinent information regarding would provide the information to from the "watch" list the following day. and and I provided with all the reiterated he the individuals would be removed EFTA00269645
