I can see this as an extraordinary opportunity to create a strong and engaging sense of place by transforming the sites in a dramatic way. Attached to my email are two portfolios. One is the work I've completed called BBA. And the other images book is inspiration images so we can talk about things you like and the design direction you want to go. We have discussed the budget and timeframes with your team and BBA has created a fee that is professionally suitable for your project. Based on the conversations we are proposing an hourly fee. Principal's Time $375.00/hour Senior Project Manager's Time $275.00/hour Project Managers' Time $175.00/hour Draftsman's' Time $125.00/hour Clerical Time $50.00/hour Consultants At Cost Reimbursable expenses, billable at cost, printing and photocopying specification books, travel associated with meetings or selections associated with the project. BBA will prepare the appropriate documents for construction. We will also assist you and your team in obtaining proposals from all consultants and assist in awarding and preparing the contracts for their work.
