COUNTING JEFFREY'S DAYS
THE RULES
-Any day to or from the VI counts as a VI day ONLY, Not a US day (even if
traveling from anywhere in the US to the VI, it is counted as a VI Day)
-Any day spent in the VI and NY it is counted as a VI DAY and a NY DAY
but not a US Day.
-Any day spent in the US only is a US day
-Do not get anywhere close to 183 days in NY
-Ultimately, it is best to spend more days in the VI than anywhere else.
-Any day spent Abroad is an Abroad day. If JE leaves NY and flies
abroad it is a US day and a NY day.
