In the event that a session has been cancelled, tickets may be exchanged for select sessions subject to availability. JTCC cannot guarantee ticket availability, exchange of equal value or comparable seat location. JTCC has adopted the same definition of a "completed session" as the USTA as follows: If match play on Arthur Ashe stadium for a day session begins prior to S pm or an evening session begins prior to 9:45 pm, and either one match is completed (in one hour or more) or 90 minutes of tennis has been played, the inclement weather policy does not apply and a session is considered officially completed. If a US Open session is cancelled, please contact a JTCC representative within 24 hours of the cancelled session for a possible exchange. Refunds Refunds or credit will not be given. If a US Open session is cancelled, please contact a JTCC representative within 24 hours following the cancelled session for a possible exchange. The tickets may be exchanged for select sessions determined at the discretion of JTCC, and subject to availability. All exchanges are final, and there will be no refunds or credits.
