To: US Regional Passport Agency
From: Jeffrey Epstein
Date: April 8, 2019
I intend to travel to Moscow, Russia April 24-28. I also must
travel to Paris France April 12-19.
Due to prolonged delays expected at the Russian embassy in
processing my visa and documents as well as my need for
immediate travel to Paris France on April 12-19 it is impossible
for me to complete my trips using my current passport.
Consequently, I am requesting the issuance of a second
passport to facilitate my travel to the countries mentioned
above. I understand this passport will be limited and that it
may be renewed at the end of that period.
