II transportation is canceled pursuant to this subsection. Client shall pay the following amount to MAC. 2.0 hours at the hourly charter rate if canceled less than 24 hours from the originally scheduled departure lime lot domestic flights and if canceled less than 48 hours from the originally scheduled departure time for international flights. Any expenses incurred by MAC in arranging this 1r0 will also be paid by the client as part of the cancelation charge. The dale and time of the intended flight departure shall be used for calculating how long in advance cancelation occurred. Said amount is not to be deemed a penalty. but rather shall be paid to MAC for tilAts actual expense and damage caused by cancellation.
