These quotes are broken down into four distinct quotes because there are four parts to this project 1) Install microwave link from the tower I own on Sandia Crest to the main house. The cost for an unlicensed 5.8 GHz link will be $3000. This link will be able to provide you the 10-15 megabits that you are looking for. It may also be able to accommodate 50 megabits download. The time to deploy this link is within the month. a) As an alternative a FCC licensed link may also be purchased. The FCC licensed link we are suggesting is capable of delivering 50 megabits per second download no problem. The benefits of a FCC licensed link are that it is free from any interference that the unlicensed 5.8 GHz spectrum can be susceptible to. The cost to deploy a FCC licensed link will be $20,000.00 and time to deploy is approximately three months, due to frequency coordination with the FCC. Either solution presented to be deployed; ownership of the link will be Higher-Speed Internet's. The benefits of Higher-Speed Internet owning the link is that we will monitor the link for optimal performance and make modifications to the system as we deem necessary to deliver you the bandwidth you require. The mount for the dish, at Zorro Ranch, of either solution is the responsibility of the client with collaboration from Higher-Speed Internet. 2) Install a 5.8 GHz MIMO link from the mechanical building to the fire house at Ranch Central with included 2.4Ghz wireless access to the area. Install 5GHz MIMO system at the mechanical building for Internet access to the staff cottage and lodge. The cost to perform this will be $3750.00. Time to deploy this system will be within a month. The cost to install each building will be $300. For example the systems at the staff cottage and at the lodge will be $300 each to install. If it is deemed necessary to install a system on the red house, the yellow house, and the other buildings in Ranch Central, each building will cost $300. This cost is inclusive of battery backup protection and exclusive of any routers desired inside the buildings, or structure network cabling. Ownership of the equipment deployed at each location will be that of Zorro Ranch. 4) Internet access fee will be $500 per month for 10 megabits per second download, $750 per month for 15 megabits per second download, and $2500 per month for 50 megabits per second download per month.
