I just left you a lengthy voicemail so I wanted to recap what I said as well. I just got off the phone with Magid, the Mandarin's Front of the House Manager. He told me that the General Manager Mark Bradford is off today. He chose today as his day off this week. As for the room, I asked about the room that was set to cancel and he said that with them being oversold, even the canceled room is not available. They are already calling people to see if they can move rooms and hotels for tonight. He did offer to provide ground transportation or try and find another hotel. I didn't do the ground transporation yet as we do not know where he is staying tonight. Here is a list of other properties currently available for tonight. If I have gone home or not available, anyone can help you. I will also have someone give you a call about 8AM as a follow up. We can then get tonights room booked and the ground transportation confirmed as well.
