We can't purchase the REAL return until after she has departed on the 28th because the airlines could possibly cancel one or both return flights if we book before her departure. The round trip ticket (Rome/NY/Rome) at $538.36 is much lower than trying to book her through to London for thousands. I have spoken with my Amex rep and she thinks all this would work.
