She will fly from Geneva to JFK tomorrow still in first and only for $450 more (I was being told $3600 more at first). Re the girls. Flight you found only had one seat. The best option for flights is the United #64 at 12:30 arriving Denver at 1:24 (fully refundable $1120 each). They can still make their 3:50pm flight we have already paid for. There is also a 4:10pm flight through Chicago arriving LGA at 11:29 for $840.70 each but Chicago airport has been a mess and people were stranded there the other day. (Plus it is a short layover time and just scary option) There is a red eye from aspen departing 6:51pm arrive San Fran 8:15pm. Depart SF at 10:35pm arrive Newark 6:50am $1100 each. But the girls have been in aspen since December 26th and must check out of hotel at I lam and I am thinking probably want to get home? Or they can take the car from aspen to Denver for the $984. I purchased the fully refundable tickets from aspen to Denver on United at 12:30 at $1120 each. I can always call and cancel if you prefer the private car or one of the other options above.
