JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN 2017 TRUST THIS TRUST AGREEMENT, dated January 2017 ("Agreement"), by and among JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN, as Grantor ("Grantor"), and EVA ANDERSSON DUBIN, DARREN K. INDYKE, and RICHARD D. KAHN, as Trustees ("Trustees").
