He will come in to the office when he can (he's booked for the rest of today though) I'm thinking (and this is just a suggestion, open to all ideas to making managing this calendar/tasks as easy as possible for us all) that we put the punch list in the calendar and whenever someone does something, we add on to description. Example: Ranvar Corp. Mr. Nester: Order 2 new Fuel Station Anna Fuel Station Pumps by 9/30 or find new vendor. 9/28/15 10/2/15 "DW found new vendor " or "Pumps ordered and being shipped to LSJ by 9/30/15" What do you think?
