My sister lives in the 'sticks' so very happy I saw your email before we left! ...a couple of things: -Question 19: We are asked for "the term of visa validity" since you requested "multiple" I put Sept 11, 2015 to Sept 11, 2017...but said the "term of stay" will be 5 days. I am not sure if this is correct ? -Please make sure the passport # on this form matches with what you are taking. I am almost positive we swapped the 10 year passport back in to JE's black bag and put the 2 year one in Jeffrey's private box in his bedroom (?) But if not and we need to change the number on the application to match the 10 year one, let me know.
