Joe responds on Dec. 20th that he should have an invoice by Dec. 30....On Dec. 30th Joe says he should have it end of the next week...Jan 9th he states he will have an invoice to us by Mon. Jan. 13th...We finally receive an invoice Feb. 10, 2014 (attached here) Rich asked Jeffrey if he wanted to pay the $324,000 annual cost on Feb. 19 and Jeffrey said "no way". On Feb. 21, 2014 we told Joe we would send $5000 for genetic work up to be done for the time being...Joe was to coordinate with Rich but Joe then sent a long email stating he didn't include the actual whole genome costs through Illumina in the invoice which are $9500 for a normal turnaround and $11,400 for "rapid turn around"...Jeffrey sent an email to Joe/Rich/me stating to do the full genome w/rapid turn around for $11,400 on Feb. 24, 2014. Joe sent another email Feb. 24 questioning the $11,400 and saying he could find a whole genome for $5000 but also asked for $4000 in software budget for secondary analyses...0n Feb. 24, 2015 Jeffrey says to send Joe 10K...On Feb 28 Rich asks Joe to send a new invoice for the $11,400 as well as tell us who to make the check to...Joe emails back on March 1, 2014 that he is still waiting for IRE approval at MGH...basically, we kept asking Joe for an invoice and he never provided one for the $10,000 or the $11,400. Finally, on June 24, 2014 Joe sends an email WITH AN INVOICE stating the only payment that should go out ASAP is the exome sequencing work which was $1000 for the saliva sample and $1000 for exome sequencing. Jeffrey states to send 82k to Joe on June 24th...This money was sent (bella provided the back up on this in previous email) On July 2, 2014 we receive an email from Joe saying the cell culture sequencing will need to wait until the next batch which mean he has an extra lk from Jeffrey...Jeffrey tells Joe to keep it as a gift.. I do not see any other money actually exchanging hands accept for the $2000. EFTA00347258
