As to whether the substance of the letters/documents is acceptable, the best thing to do would be to submit them to the Japanese visa service company and make sure that the Visa service company pre-approves them before Joi's people send them to us in final. This is what we did with the Russian Visa Company who, it turns out, made some necessary changes.
