My feedback so far seems like other politicians are interested that you are 'in the game' and willing to donate . And friends, acquaintances, etc. are impressed that I know Andrew, and ignoring the other stuff. Very strange reaction.... Have you thought about a PR campaign to help clear your name? Clearly, what you did was wrong, but you paid your time and got therapy. People are forgiven all the time - seriously, Marion Barry was elected again after his fiasco. I think some press releases, ads, and a TV interview (maybe Barbara Walters will come out of retirement) would really help. People need to see your face and an "I'm sorry" coming out of your mouth. They need to understand you didn't mean to hurt anyone - just a poor kid who made a lot of money having fun, sharing the wealth, and then got carried away. People also don't understand how you made your money, and it is complex, but an explanation of derivatives would really help take the mystery away. Also, you are in a prime spot to start a foundation to help young women, esp. Helping organizations like the Malala Fund. And, seriously, where was the parental guidance for ? If she really was underage, she turned herself into a prostitute - certainly more education would have helped. We could also get more involved in politics from a PAC point of view and I think you would get a good reaction from this. Happy to come and help if you decide to fight back!
