Just so I am aware, would Dec. 16th or dates in January 2015 be an option? I also wanted to let you know that the HSS Premier program does not participate with any insurance programs. The total cost is $8,000 for the full day experience 20+ page report, customized plan and videos, and a few follow up visits with the main medical doctor.
