Please pass this to JE. Many thanks.
Jeffrey,
I've just returned from a 28 day Remote Medical Emergency Training course in the Cascade Mountains of
Washington State.
In combing through Emails and past correspondence, I suddenly realized that I somehow completely overlooked
sending you a personal note of thanks for your most generous donation to our work. Please know this belated
thanks is no less genuine than the one which you should have received immediately after your gift arrived. I am
very grateful for your support.
Our Advisory Council member, Laurie Leitch, PhD — the neuroscientist - is currently in Rawanda where she is
leading a team of prison workers in a course on restorative justice. Of particular interest her partner is Loree
Sutton, M.D. — a retired Brigadier General, U.S. Army who was just appointed as The Commissioner of
Veteran's Affairs for the City of New York. Both woman are spectacular additions to our efforts to reduce PTSD
in children following natural disasters.
I will keep you posted and hope for your continued support. Please let me know if you might be aware of others
who would be open to learning about our work and could be of help in any way.
Again, my personal thanks and stay well!
Warm regards,
Bill
"Through spiritual practice we can go beyond our egoistic point of view. We can touch the core of time, see the
whole world in a moment, and understand time in deep relationship with all beings. Then we cannot be isolated
and cold people. We become beautiful and warm people, appreciating and helping all beings."
