My boy, What we are looking for is a person or group who could help us on the following: We are essentially a U.S. development company with a Michigan Inc. and LLC but the shareholders are not United States citizens. Therefore, we need to find an ownership structure that minimises U.S. tax. Similarly, the accountants/lawyers should know about international law, as it may be favourable to have future profits remitted to a country other than the United Kingdom. The problem that we currently have is that our lawyers/accountants in Detroit are in my opinion simply not 'worldly' enough, which adds to the confusion. Your urgent help is most appreciated.
