So sorry about the mix up. Happy to hear everything worked out. Thank goodness for the super doormen.
That will be fine with the comforter to leave it with Jena. Thanks so much.

HI Laura...
I think it will be best for the comforter to stay with one of Jeffrey's assistants. Jena lives at the apartment complex and
can keep track of it. Jeffrey has several apartments and it depends on scheduling which apartment you will be staying in
at any given time. Jena is in charge of leaving the Welcome Letters with the doorman prior to arrival of our guests...once
she knows which apartment you will be staying in, she can place the comforter in the apt and retrieve it when you leave.
Also, if we left the comforter in an apt, I am afraid another guest could use it (yes, even with your name on it!)!
Also, I am not sure what happened, but wanted to let you know of a mix up this past trip of yours...you and Dr. Bard were
actually scheduled to stay in apt 11B...I understand you stayed in 11J...we had another guest that was due to stay in 11J,
but luckily, the doorman was aware and diverted the guest from 11J to 116...in the end, everything worked out just fine,
but this is why I was confused about your departure and the maid...
Take care,

Sorry just saw your email. Got a new phone and having trouble with AOL. Yes, we did depart on Monday. Also,
wanted to let you know that we left a down comforter in the small closet in the bedroom. It's in a dear bag, with Dr.
Bard's name on it. Wanted to leave it so we don't have to transfer it back and forth. If you want to store it somewhere
else that would be fine too.
Thanks for everything, we had a wonderful time in NY.

Hello Laura! hope you had a wonderful weekend...Might you let me know if you are still in the apartment and if so
when you plan to vacate? I think our maid tried to go in (sorry!) ..but I thought you were departing at noon on
Monday May 26th?
Thanks,
