After seeing you I went over to the tax assessor and was able to get the other information I needed. Question for you, Bob has our final inspections this Tuesday June 3. In your experience, how long does it take to receive this approval and then EFTA00369016 get the CO (in our case, the temporary CO)? I am starting to stress about the time line here.. We are lined up with the house cleaners, movers, Internet folks, etc all targeting a move in date of June 24 (yes, same day as the board meeting...not on purpose! Just the way our schedules worked out). Bob has told me we should be able to do this but I wanted to know what you think. We are also renting out our current home and must be out by then...
