OUTLINE OF PROCESS Preparation Call Your personal phone bidding agent will call you the day of, or the day prior to your lots coming up for auction. They will go over all the lots you will be bidding on and tell you what the opening price will be. At this point, you can decide whether or not you want to proceed with the live floor bidding for each lot. Live Auction Call Your personal phone bidding agent will call you approximately 5 minutes before your lots come up for auction. Since we cannot guarantee how fast the auction will go, you need to be available to receive the call at least an hour before the scheduled call time (we prefer that you are available from the scheduled start time of that session) with a list of lots and descriptions.
