Phil, Although I have not been involved since the beginning, the excuses have been endless. I find it hard to believe that Gary's accountants are too busy to provide a bank statement with the amount of money left in the trust and estate. For my own peace of mind, I reached out to Gary's accountants and they told me that the lawyers were handling this. It appears we're hearing conflicting stories. We want this resolved as much as you. Our frustrations are growing as we have not yet seen any results. We have every intention of paying your bill in full. We're prepared to pay 50% of your outstanding invoice and will remit the remainder of your fee as well as any additional billing once a settlement has been reached and all parties have signed off.
