Initial feedback EFTA00374173 I received from skype was that Katy was very nice. Concern was that she was a bit to tough and aggressive. Comments on mike were that he had great experience and was very pleasant. Concern was about procedures and possible need to do work if required vs delegating. Few other comments on desire for candidates: military background /Asian I believe principal is looking for very polite and formal candidates yet if necessary to roll up sleeves and do work. I have not yet received feedback on other two candidates. Keith I will touch base with you on Thursday to review in more detail. Thank you.
