I looked in to flights...Jet Blue has a direct flight to the island but unfortunately, the return flight on Sunday and Monday have a stop, but you do not deplane. The only days Jet Blue has direct flights back to Boston is Wed and Thurs. American does not have direct flights to/from Boston/STT.
