The Gov. has a window to do lunch on Wed, Aug. 14th. He will fly in and break up his schedule to do so, but he needs to be in NYC on Thursday morning (Aug. 15). Would Jeffrey's plane be able to deliver Gov to NYC? In order for both of them to do this lunch, the Gov must return to NYC very early on Thursday, and the only way he can get there is ifJeffrey does this flight for Gov.
