The project will commence during the Memorial Day weekend and will continue through mid-September. As they start construction in such a vital area, we would like to assure you that the building management have developed a plan to mitigate the impacts of the project and minimize any inconvenience and disruption to the tenants and their visitors. There will be a temporary security desk located near the front entrance. The policy for visitor check in and deliveries will remain the same until further notice. For anyone needing access over the weekend, please use the 51st Street entrance by the Quik garage parking lot. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask a Virgo staff member. Thank you.
