I am typing up my notes on how to count Jeffrey's days and I don't see anything regarding abroad...If Jeffrey travels from NY to someplace abroad...I know it is counted as a NY day, but it is counted as a US day or an abroad day? I think if he is anywhere in the US and travels abroad, it is still a US day? and if it is from NY to abroad, it is a NY and a US day...
