Looks like we will need this next week. Between now and then we will I am going to have to pay the excavator something. I haven't paid him in three weeks. He needs to give me a bill which I will forward to you. We will need more stone as we spoke about. Also we are going to have to pay for the precast manhole and pumps on the outside of the foundation. In addition I will need to pay for the steel which is when we frame the first floor deck. I will also have to pay for the concrete for the footings. I think we are ok with what we have in there until next week. I want to get a couple of bids from steel guys and also on the concrete manhole cover. Its exciting but expensive!! EFTA00397160
