The cost difference for the (2) 120 gallon heaters versus the 250 gallon heater was about $16,255.00 plus the 250 gallon heater was a (6) week lead time. Lastly, the 250 gallon heater could not be moved into the building nor into place without extensive removals of piping, hand rails and supports in the mechanical room making it almost impossible physically to get in.
