Here are approximate quotes based on the completed value of $1,900,000 with deductible options: $2500 deductible would be approximately $9513; $5000 deductible would be approximately $7139; $10k deductible would be approximately $5946. The liability would remain on your current policy but the physical damage for the dwelling will be the above builders risk. I am going to be out of the office next week returning on 12/3. This can go in effect once you start the framing so if you don't think this will start until after next week we can wait until I get back.
